Chicago photographer Jeanne Dunning likes to confuse us with visual trickery.  Her pictures, often initially shocking, make us do a double-take.   Even when we understand what we’re looking at is pretty ordinary, we’re still provoked in some way— repulsed, intrigued, or a little bit of both.
